'East Side' Dave Kline is a longtime Berks County musician, radio executive, author, and columnist who has led the bluegrass and Appalachian-folk Mountain Folk Band since 1989. The Hex Highway Rangers take their name from the 'Hex Highway' — Old Route 22, which runs right through the Hamburg area.
